Qualcomm's Snapdragon Ready Supports Windows 8

Snapdragon, one of the product from Qualcomm ceo, will become the best partner, for window8, devices based on Microsoft's latest operating system

Snapdragon's first processor family that will support the new generation of Windows is most likely MSM8960, who will attend this month, followed by Snapdragon APQ8064 quad-core, which is anticipated to conduct trials in early 2012.

According to Paul Jacobs, the family of Snapdragon MSM8960 mobile processor provides dual-core solutions with multi-mode modem 3G/LTE integrated and designed to meet the requirements of multi-tasking the next version of Windows.

Snapdragon family of mobile processors will include dual and quad core CPU asynchronous that can be controlled independently to provide maximum performance at maximum efficiency. So that was reported by Cellular News, on Thursday (05/02/2011).

"Windows 8 will allow customers to have flexibility, connectivity and power that they expect from Windows today with the new touch-only devices such as tablets.
